The algorithm for spatial planning
Objective
To simulate the effect of public policies (redistributive and spending effects), tax/benefit model, to evaluate well-being in E-R from a multidimensional perspective (Amartya Sen's approach) and the behavioral effects of individuals and families (possible applications on school-work-home mobility, demographic and environmental transition).
